Founder and CEO; Les Reed has significant experience and credibility in World Football on all levels and a high profile, built on the wide variety of important and roles he has performed in the industry from touchline to Boardroom and National Governing Bodies. He formed the company in 2002 to assist a number of National Federations in developing Football Strategy and improving National Team performance.

After returning to the world of top flight club football coaching and executive management roles at two Premier League Clubs he took up the reins of consultancy again in 2009 advising on the acquisition of Southampton Football Club and was persuaded to undertake the role of Executive Director of Football and Board Member to lead the Football Strategy and Football Operations at the Club. Eventually joining the Ownership Board in 2014 as Vice Chairman.

Les represented the Club on the Premier League Shareholders Group and was elected by them to represent the Premier League on the FA Professional Game Board. In 2018 He returned to The F.A. AS Technical Director and Member of the Senior Leadership Team, before rebranding his company and re-launching Reed Consulting in 2020.

Les is currently a Board Member of the P.G.A.A.C, the licensing body for Academies in England. He is also Vice Chair of the UEFA Development and Assistance Committee and UEFA Programme Leader for the Elite Scouting Programme and Technical Directors Programme.
